Why is it so expensive? Others offer cheaper prices.
Сheap "booths" are just noise isolation boxes without ISO 4043 certification. Interpreters complain about them, confuse words — and then you apologize to the client. YP42 is an international standard, both at the UN and on GITEX. You are not paying for the booths, but for a guarantee that the interpreting will not fail. The price includes shipping, assembly and disassembly
Will you be able to assemble the interpreter booth in time if installation starts at 6 a.m. in the morning?
Yes. The assembly takes 15 minutes by one technician without tools. We arrive an hour before the start of the installation, so that everything is ready for your schedule. We've been to 14 events this month, not a single time lapse.
What if there is a problem with the booth (noise, smell, ventilation) during the transfer process?
Our technician stays on site during the first hour of the event, in case of force majeure.
Plus: the set includes a backup set of seals, fittings and ventilation filters. And if the noise level still exceeds 24 dB, we refund 100% of the payment. Your risk is zero.
Is the booth suitable for three languages at the same time?
Yes. YP42 is designed for 3 translators with their own remotes and headphones. Each one works independently, without crosstalk. It was used at the conference with English, Arabic and Chinese — all speakers and delegates confirmed the purity of the sound.
Do I need to coordinate the booth with the venue (hotel, conference center)?
No. The booth does not require fixing to the floor or walls, and occupies exactly 2.4×1.6 m. We will provide in advance the technical data sheet and the layout approved at Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Emirates Towers and Dubai World Trade Centre. Just give us a power connection point.
