Abu Dhabi hosts congresses, government forums and industry summits where speakers and delegates rarely share one language. We bring the full simultaneous interpreting setup from our warehouse in Dubai: booths, transmitters, radiators, interpreter consoles and receivers, and we stay on site while the event runs.
What we bring to the venue
- Bosch Integrus system: infrared sound distribution, up to 32 language channels, no interference from mobile phones or lighting
- Soundproof booths certified to ISO 4043, for one, two or three interpreters
- Receivers with headphones in any quantity, charged and tested before the event
- Conference system with delegate units, when the programme includes discussions and voting
How the work is organised
The crew arrives inside the installation window agreed with the venue. Assembly of a booth takes about fifteen minutes and requires no tools, so a hall for three languages is ready well before the doors open. A technician stays through the event, watches the channels and swaps a receiver in seconds if a delegate has trouble.
If the format includes remote speakers, we add video broadcasting and connect the interpretation channels to the stream.
Interpreters
We supply equipment alone or together with certified interpreters. For simultaneous work interpreters always come in pairs per language and receive the event materials in advance.

Yes. Abu Dhabi is about 90 minutes from our warehouse in Dubai. The crew arrives before the installation window agreed with the venue and stays on site for the event.
How many languages can you run at one event?
The Bosch Integrus system carries up to 32 channels, so the practical limit is the number of interpreters and booths, not the equipment.
Can you work with the venue technical team?
Yes. We provide the technical data sheet and the layout in advance, coordinate the power supply and the position of the booths, and align with the venue schedule.
What if the event is in a few days?
