Questions about pricing
What is included in the rental price?
Delivery inside Dubai, installation, technical support during the event, dismantling and removal. For interpreter booths assembly takes about 15 minutes and requires no tools.
Why do some positions say "on request"?
The cost depends on the number of languages, the size of the hall, the duration of the event and the venue. We prepare a written quote with a fixed total, usually within an hour on business days.
Is there a discount for multi-day events?
Yes. For the tour guide system every third day is free. For longer projects we quote a package price, it is always lower than the daily rate multiplied by the number of days.
How do you invoice?
