How the total is built
A quote is equipment rental for all days of the event, delivery both ways and the engineers' work. VAT is added as a separate line. For simultaneous interpretation for 100 people for one day in Dubai the quote has four lines

The total depends on the number of halls and guests, the number of interpretation languages, the length of the programme and the time needed for installation

Questions about pricing
What does the price include?
The rate covers the equipment itself for one rental day. Delivery, installation, dismantling and the engineers on site are separate lines of the quote, their rates are in the last section of this page
Is VAT included?
No. All prices on this page are shown without VAT, it is added as a separate line of the quote
Why does the rest of the set have no price?
The cost depends on the number of languages, the size of the hall, the duration of the event and the venue. Send us the date, the venue and the number of participants, and we come back with a written quote with a fixed total, usually within an hour on business days
Is there a discount for multi-day events?
Yes. For the tour guide system every third day is free. For longer projects we quote a package price, it is always lower than the daily rate multiplied by the number of days
How do you invoice?
